Blair + Nathan | Wedding | Lauryn’s Venue | Prairieville, Louisiana

It was a warm but gorgeous August day for Blair and Nathan’s big day!! These two were married at Lauryn’s venue in Prairieville, Louisiana! Between the soft colors, the close knit families, and Blair and Nathan’s sweet and smitten love for one another, this day was simply wonderful and so special!! I couldn’t be more thankful that I had the honor of photographing it!

I arrived at Blair’s getting ready suite and was immediately greeted by her sweet mom, Ms. Kristi, and her bridesmaids! I am always so nervous during those few moments right before I walk into the bride’s getting ready room, but Blair and her warm and welcoming personality immediately made me feel right at home!! It was finally time for her to get dressed and see the love of her life for the first time!! When Nathan turned around to see Blair, he was speechless and you could tell that he was mesmerized by how absolutely stunning she looked! They surely had me grinning from ear to ear!! Not to mention, they both look like absolute MODELS!

After taking all of their bridal party and family portraits, it was finally time for Blair and Nathan to tie the knot amidst their romantic and string lit ceremony! They said their “I do’s”, mingled with their loved ones, took probably one of the BIGGEST family photos I have ever taken (haha!), before dancing the night away! It was truly a great night and I couldn’t be happier for them and their families!! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Melancon!!
