Amy + Brandon | Wedding | Immaculate Conception Catholic Church | Lakeland, Louisiana

Oh November wedding days have you AMAZED me!!! This lovely, calm, and carefree day is packed with so much beauty, emotion, and absolute MAGAZINE-WORTHY photos! Amy and Brandon were married at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Lakeland, Louisiana. We had a gorgeous sunny day and took some of my favorite bride and groom portraits to date before their beautiful ceremony in the church! They then danced the night away at the Scott Civic Center just across the False River in New Roads!

I had to laugh because the “Oops! Dad stepped on the veil after giving his daughter away and pulled it out” scenario has happened more times than I can count! Haha! And whats amazing is that everyone always gets a good giggle out of it. Joy and light always seem to shine the most in those perfectly IMPERFECT moments. And to me friends, those moments are what each and every wedding day so special and provide the best stories to carry with you to share with your kids and grandkids! Dad accidentally pulling the veil out is just one tiny example!!

It goes without saying that Amy and Brandon have the truest and most unconditional love for each other! When Brandon turned around and saw his beautiful bride for the first time, I could see his eyes welling up. It’s one of my most favorite moments in an entire 8-10 hour wedding day! That very moment when a couples eyes meet and the significance of the day unveiling right before their eyes always produces the most natural and effortless emotions! Amy and Brandon moved throughout the day in the most beautiful way. From taking stunning portraits together, to standing at the alter saying “I Do”, and to literally dancing with each other 90% of the night…..these two were without a doubt meant for each other and I couldn’t be happier for them!! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Deville!!!
