Maddie + Hayden
It was chilly and rainy but yet so entirely MAGICAL for Maddie and Hayden’s wedding this past Saturday on the 21st of December! Absolutely no amount rain could have dampened this day!
I’ve known Maddie’s family since I was younger as my mom and her mom are bff’s. A little over four years ago, in this very same barn, Maddie’s mom Ms. Donelle was helping us setup for mine and Justin’s special day. It’s crazy that now, 4 years later, I had the honor of photographing her gorgeous baby girl’s wedding! I may have gotten a little emotional as I watched her walk through the very same doors to marry the love of her life just as I did, on a very SIMILAR day, 4 years ago! And gosh, she just absolutely RADIATED with beauty!!
Earlier in the day Maddie opened a gift from Hayden and it was one of the most creative and THOUGHTFUL gifts I have ever seen! Hayden gave Maddie a necklace when they were in MIDDLE school! He took the beads from that necklace and transformed it into two beautiful pieces of jewelry! Seriously, how stinkin sweet???!! Men, take notes!!
It has been a long time coming for these two. From middle school, to getting engaged at an LSU tigers game, to NOW finally becoming Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins!! I couldn’t be happier for Maddie and Hayden as they enter into this new and beautiful season of life!! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Hawkins!!
