How about a busy New Orleans wedding, beautiful spring colors, a lively bridal party, and a stunning bride and groom for your blog reading pleasure? Mallory and Ian’s May wedding in the heart of New Orleans was epic in every way possible!! These two were married in the stunning St. Stephen Catholic Church before sharing the sweetest first look at Audubon Park. They said their “I Do’s” amongst the elaborate and breath-taking cathedral of St. Stephen and then hopped a few blocks down the road to party at Rosy’s Jazz Hall. Were we busy? Yes. But oh my was it fun?? YES!!

I arrived at the beginning of the day at the bride prep location just as I always do and was immediately greeted by Mallory and her sweet mom. They showed me around the cutest Air BnB where everyone was hanging out, eating fresh bagels, and sipping mimosas….it was a VIBE. It was finally time to get Mallory dressed in her STUNNING gown and head off to go see her groom, Ian! When Ian arrived and was walking towards the first look spot, he had the biggest smile on his face! He was either really excited to see his bride or from belting it out to Hank Williams Jr. on the bus with the guys…..or both. Haha! It was definitely both and when you scroll and see Ian’s face when he turned around to see Mallory looking like an absolute QUEEN, you would agree!!

After Mallory and Ian shared their first look, we took some time to get them so gorgeous portraits and also have a little fun with their huge bridal party!! They laughed, celebrated, smoked some cigars, and maybe even forgot how hot it was…..maybe not. Ha! But they absolutely killed it in front of the camera and I loved every minute of it! So Mallory and Ian finally said “I Do” and I couldn’t be happier for them. They are perfect for each other in every way and I am rooting for them as they enter into a new season of life together! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Johnson!!
