So much excitement and happiness exuded from Erin and Ryan as they twirled each other around in downtown Hammond! From dancing, to piggy back rides, to trying so hard not to laugh when I asked them to do a serious face….haha….Erin and Ryan defined a PERFECT engagement session!!

What’s even more perfect about their session is they met and had their first date in Hammond! Therefore, this location meant a lot to them! It absolutely warms my heart when I know I am doing a couples’ photos in a place of significance!

Erin and Ryan’s story started back when they were still attending Southeastern Louisiana University! Ryan was having a party at his place and Erin showed up! He says he remembers thinking “who is that girl?”. Erin definitely caught his eye that night and that is the moment their story began! They eventually had their first date at The Berry Patch Cafe in downtown Hammond (unfortunately closed now), and the rest was history!!

I find it fascinating how two people can cross paths and with one look, one smile, one conversation…. can all of a sudden lead to LIFETIME with each other! Whats even more amazing to me is witnessing the love and adoration two people can have for one another. Capturing two hearts and souls together and seeing just how perfect they are for one another is a gift I will be forever grateful that God has blessed me with!! And y’all Erin and Ryan…… I don’t think there wasn’t one moment they weren’t laughing and smiling! It is 100 percent apparent in their photos just how much they make each other happy! I cannot WAIT to continue capturing their love story on March 21st, 2019!! Eeeek!! Congratulations to Erin and Ryan!!!
