Gabby + Kyle | Southern Hotel | Covington, Louisiana
It was a bright and sunny day for Gabby and Kyle’s intimate and sweet ceremony at The Southern Hotel in Covington, Louisiana! I LOVED the soft pastel color tones with pops of burgundy and the elegant and vintage vibes of this historic venue! Would you just look at those breath-taking greenery arches in the courtyard!! And more importantly, would you just look at how absolutely STUNNING Gabby looked for her special day!! She was nothing short of a model that embodied everything that is pure BEAUTY!!
I arrived at the hotels Walker Percy Suite where the ladies were getting ready and I felt nothing but exciting and calm vibes from everyone!! Not ONE sign of any stressing! That is such a huge WIN in my book as I truly and whole-heartedly believe that brides and grooms should be able to enjoy and bask in the beauty of their wedding days without the stress weighing down their mind, body, and souls!! And that is just how it was entering into Gabby’s getting ready suite!!
Gabby and Kyle’s ceremony was so sweet and so full of emotion! I could see Kyle’s sweet reaction as his beautiful bride walked with her father towards him! Their wedding day was actually the first time I got to spend a little time with them as a couple and even in that brief time of getting to know them, I could feel the love and connection between them! They are so perfect for each other and I couldn’t be happier for them! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Granat! I wish you both all the best in your life together!!
Gabby and Kyle’s wedding festivities were actually split into two days! They decided on a small and intimate ceremony and a post-wedding bride and groom session for just the two of them!! I have to say, I am such a FAN of this!! Sometimes wedding day timelines do get a little crammed so Gabby and Kyle decided they really wanted to take that extra time to get GORGEOUS portraits of the two of them!! How amazing right? The morning after their wedding, we went to Solomon Episcopal Conference Center in Loranger, Louisiana and it was…..PERFECT!! I am from the Loranger area and I never even knew this place existed so I was definitely on cloud 9 exploring a new place all while having a MODEL COUPLE to photograph!!
