Another absolutely STUNNING Louisiana wedding day incoming for y’all!! There were so many beautiful and special elements that embodied this day from start to finish! Morgan and Walter were married at the breath-taking St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly, Louisiana then followed with a reception in Baton Rouge at Boudreaux’s Catering!! The wisteria, peach, and blue color palette mixed with a lovely and calm February evening and Morgan and Walter’s adorable and fun-loving relationship were the perfect puzzle pieces to an absolutely PERFECT wedding day!! I could photograph this wedding over and over!!
I arrived at Morgan’s sweet parents home to start photographing her beautiful details and the girls getting ready! I was immediately greeted by her mom, Ms. Edana, and felt such a warm and welcoming vibe from everyone!! When I think about the idea of a true southern and classic bride, I think of Morgan! She was all smiles the entire day and was just so excited to see and marry her sweet groom!! Of course nerves are always normal on wedding days, but if Morgan felt any at all, I surely couldn’t tell. She was basically born to be a bride!!
Morgan shared the sweetest first look with Walter before the ceremony and we got some of the most STUNNING portraits I have ever taken in my whole career! I was smitten to say the absolute least! And they were smitten over each other!! After portraits, they had a beautiful and romantic ceremony in their gorgeous church and then danced the night away at their reception in Baton Rouge! After running through what seemed like THOUSANDS of bubbles, the night came to a perfect close! I couldn’t be happier for these two as they enter into this new and amazing season of life!! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Gauthreaux!! May they have many many years of love and happiness!!
